Hear from our Chair Deborah Cohen and our Chief Executive Sally Beaven, speaking about Healthwatch Hackney's achievements through 2025/2026 and what the future may hold for the organisation.

Enter and View of community Ear, nose and throat service

In March 2025, Healthwatch Hackney carried out a visit to the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) community service delivered by Communitas Clinics at the Lawson and Nightingale Practices.
The visit aimed to evaluate patient experience, with a focus on appointment booking, patient–staff interactions, support for vulnerable patients, responsiveness to feedback, compliments and complaints, and the operational challenges of delivering care from local GP practices. This report presents the findings and recommendations for improvement.
