Patients experience of pharmacies
Pharmacies play and increasing important role in delivering health care. As well as dispensing medicines they also help patients choose suitable treatments for minor ailments and offer services like blood pressure monitoring, pregnancy health checks, and age-related screenings.
- Residents have reported wide variation in the service they get from different pharmacies. We plan to mystery shop pharmacies to investigate quality of service

Patient Participation Groups
PPGs are vital for ensuring that GP practices hear directly from their patients.
- We plan to investigated how regularly groups meet, the format of the meeting, and how meetings are publicised amongst other issues.
- We want to hear from you about your experience of PPG, even if it is your that you have never hear of them.
