What is enter and view?

We have a legal power to visit health and social care services and see them in action. 

This power to enter and view services offers a way for us to identify what is working well with services and where improvements could be made. 

To carry out enter and view visits we have volunteers who have undergone training to represent us in this task.

Volunteering roles

We are currently recruiting volunteers to work on the community collecting feedback from residents. You will be supported to take part in outreach activities at a range of community services and venues, where you will speak to Hackney residents about their experiences of the health and social care services.
