As we bring the Systems Influencer Programme to a close for the final time, we invite you to join us in celebrating another inspiring cycle at the SI Showcase on Wednesday, 10 December, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm (see attachments). This event will celebrate the achievements of the Influencers (local young people) and their Mentors (professionals) on co-produced projects which have been carried out across City and Hackney Health and Social Care over the past 12 weeks. You will have the chance to see the impact of their collaboration, hear their stories and meet the participants.

What is the System Influencers programme?
- Young People from across City and Hackney (called System Influencers) are matched with System Mentors (project leads from within City and Hackney Health and Social Care Systems).
- System Influencers and System Mentors work together over a 12-week period to co-design and deliver projects that improve young people's experience of local Health and Social Care services.
The aim of the System Influencers Programme: To create tangible service improvements through co-production with local young people and systems partners.
